Hickory Smoked Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Carve a pumpkin and save the seeds. Heat oven to 300F. Clean and rinse pumpkin seeds. Toss with a drizzle of olive oil. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with Trade Winds Spice Company Hickory Smoked Salt. Bake for 45 minutes, checking and stirring after 20 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container.
