Sesame Seeds, Black

Sesame Seed is the dried, hulled fruit of a tropical herb. The rich nut-like seed adds flavor and texture to sweet and savory foods. Use toasted or un-toasted, the same way nuts are used.

Sprinkle on bread and rolls,  salads, noodles and vegetables.  Add to stir fry, casseroles, meat loaf, soup, spreads  and stuffing.
