Pink Hawaiian Sea Salt

An unrefined sea salt, that gets its terra cotta color from the Hawaiian red clay, known as "alaea" which is rich in iron oxide. Add depth and complexity to savory dishes. Use whole or grind/crush just prior to use in a recipe or at the table.
