A blend of black tea, jasmine green tea, natural flavors, lemongrass, rose petals and cornflower. Contains caffeine. Packaged as a loose leaf tea, 4 ounces brews 35-40 servings of tea. Brew 3 grams (approximately 1 heaping teaspoon) in 8 ounces of boiling water for 2 - 4 minutes
