Green Peppercorns

Harvesting before maturity results in a fresh clean flavor which is milder than black pepper and slightly sweet. Use when a lighter pepper flavor is desired. Use whole or grind just prior to use in a recipe or at the table. Garnish meat dishes with whole or cracked peppercorns.
