Garlic, Granulated

Garlic, used since the earliest recorded days and probably before, is native to Southern Europe and Central Asia. Now grown throughout the world, garlic is indispensable in many cuisines.

Granulated garlic is a great way to add garlic to any recipe where very, very small pieces of garlic are desirable without the effort of peeling and chopping. Use in garlic bread, spaghetti sauce, marinades, rubs or any meat dish. 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon equals approximately 1 clove of fresh garlic.
