Del Cristo Traditional Balsamic Vinegar "Extra Vecchio" Gold Seal

The Barbieri Family produces this Del Cristo Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, from their own biologically grown grapes, grown on their small farm in the north of Modena, Italy. The grapes used are exclusively Trebbiano and Lambrusco, and its flavor is unmistakably complex, sharp, and pleasantly acidic. A traditional Extra Vecchio (extra-old) gold seal balsamic aged by law at least 25 years in wood casks before review by the consortium. Dark ebony color, a perfect blend of sweet and sour, smooth and silky.

Wonderful on salads, with meat or fish dishes, fresh or cooked vegetables. Excellent on parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this balsamic vinegar over ice cream, raspberries or strawberries. Numbered and boxed with a booklet and recipes. Net Wt 3.4oz/100ml
