Confit de Rose, Rose Petals Jelly

Made with natural rose oil and rose petals, this jelly is light and delicious, but the rose is strong enough so you can smell and taste it.

Spread this floral confit on toast, pastries or fresh biscuits. Swirl some rose petal jelly into yogurt or vanilla ice cream, layer it in a parfait or use it as a topping on ice cream or cheese cake. Use it to fill crepes or add a dash of romance to thumbprint cookies.
