Applewood Smoked Sea Salt

Applewood Smoked Sea Salt comes from pure Pacific sea salt, slowly smoked over a sweet Applewood fire. This all natural, medium grain sea salt with authentic smoke flavor enriches foods both on and off the grill.

Excellent for curing or brining. Fabulous as a finishing salt, sprinkle Applewood salt over salads and vegetables. Use in vinaigrettes, sauces and soups.
