Contains caffeine. Ingredients: Green tea, natural flavor, pineapple, calendula. Packaged as a loose tea. 4 ounces brews 38 cups. For hot tea steep 4 grams tea in 10-12 ounces water at 175*F for 3 minutes. For iced tea steep 4 grams tea in 10-12 ounces water at 175*F for 3 minutes and pour over ice.
