RECIPE: STRAWBERRIES WITH BALSAMIC
1 pint fresh strawberries
2 teaspoons Cavalli Soft & Fruity Balsamic
2 Tablespoons sifted confectioner's sugar
Freshly grated lemon zest
Wash, hull, and pat strawberries dry. Halve or quarter berries. Place in a shallow serving bowl or split between 4 individual bowls. Drizzle balsamic over strawberries, and macerate at room temperature for 15 minutes. Dust with sugar, then sprinkle with lemon zest.
