Passion Fruit Margarita Mocktail
2 cups passion fruit juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons A L'Olivier Passion Fruit Vinegar
Esprit du Sel, Fleur de Sel for rimming glasses
Rim two Margarita glasses with fleur de sel. Combine passion fruit juice, orange juice, lime juice and passion fruit vinegar in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge.
