Produced in the Molise region on Italy's Adriatic coast. Harvested by hand when slightly underripe, Colonna olives are pressed together with organically-grown Sicilian lemons, processed and milled on the same day at the estate. A wonderful condiment for fish, chicken and red meat. Drizzle Colonna Granverde on cooked vegetables and bruschetta. Add to waffles or pancakes. Make a lemony vinaigrette.
