Pear Vanilla Walnut Baked Brie
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Slice the top surface rind off of an 8oz Brie cheese wheel, leaving the side and bottom rind intact.
Place the Brie in a small ceramic dish or Brie baker.
Spread the Pear Vanilla Jam over the exposed cheese surface. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and dried cranberries
Bake in center of oven or toaster oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is soft and warmed all the way through.
Serve with crusty bread, crostini, fresh fruit slices or crackers.
