Made with luscious pears and vanilla, Poires Vanillee jam is created by slowly simmering the ingredients in a copper cauldron, until they are cooked to perfection. The pear and vanilla flavors meld together to create a jam that is suited for every meal of the day and special occasions too! Enjoy Pear Vanilla Jam on pastries, waffles and pancakes. Stir some into yogurt or warm it up and spoon it over ice cream. Spread it onto a fresh biscuit, toast, muffin or scone. Fill a crepe, use it to top baked brie orĀ eat it straight out of the jar. Include some Pear Vanilla Jam on a cheese board, it pairs especially well with blue cheese. Pear Vanilla Walnut Baked Brie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Slice the top surface rind off of an 8oz Brie cheese wheel, leaving the side and bottom rind intact.

Place the Brie in a small ceramic dish or Brie baker.

Spread the Pear Vanilla Jam over the exposed cheese surface. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and dried cranberries

Bake in center of oven or toaster oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is soft and warmed all the way through.

Serve with crusty bread, crostini, fresh fruit slices or crackers.
