Recipe: Mango Pico de Gallo

1 large avocado cubed
1 tomato, cubed
8 strawberries, cubed
1-2 jalapeno peppers cubed
1 mango, cubed
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup Mango Madness pepper jelly
bunch of cilantro, chopped

Fold all ingredients in bowl and serve with tortilla chips, over a pork loin fillet, salmon fillet, or mini tacos.
