Black Currant tea is a luscious blend of sweet berries and very smooth black tea. Black tea from the Yunnan Province in China blended with delicate Blackberry leaves and the fruity taste of just picked currants creates a distinct full bodied cup of tea with fruity and floral overtones. Wonderful served hot or iced. For the optimum cup steep 1 teaspoon of leaves per 8 ounces of water at 208 F for 3-5 minutes. For iced tea use 2 teaspoons per 8 ounces of water.
