For traditional chai, brew 1 teaspoon Apple Chai tea with 7 ounces of water. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 ounce of milk (or for a creamier drink use 1 ounce of canned evaporated milk). Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
