Since 1822, A L'Olivier has been a purveyor of fine oils and vinegars to refined Parisian palates. The sweet, smooth flavor of mango is beautifully complimented by the acidity of this vinegar. Ideal to prepare an "exotic" salad, marinate shrimp and carmelize pork. Mango vinegar is a wonderful pairing with fish and seafood, and can also be used to compliment a dessert with coconut and fresh mango. Use Mango vinegar to deglaze prawns, or in a ceviche, and pair with a a toasted sesame oil or fruity Provencal olive oil to create a wonderful dressing.
