Colonna extra virgin olive oil is produced in the Molise region on Italy's Adriatic coast. Harvested by hand when slightly underripe, a harmonious blend of selected olives from the Colonna olive groves are pressed and milled on the same day at the estate. Colonna EVOO is bright, warm and clear with the aroma of green tomato, apples and olives. A medium-fruity extra virgin olive oil, the taste is light and grassy with a hint of pepper in the finish. Colonna olive oil is perfect for pasta, salads, fish, vegetables, vinaigrettes and other light dishes. Bottled in dark glass, unfiltered, labeled and sealed by hand. Net Wt 500ml/16.9oz
